Happy Pocky Day, Everyone!

Right now, i'm recently raving for Pocky. It's actually a pretzel stick which is coated w/ chocolate, strawberry or different flavored coatings. I just found out about that when my little sister tried it, Puffy tried Pocky Green Tea after a classmate of hers offered at ADMU. So good thing i found some sites which provides me some information about Pocky, including a Wikipedia page related to Pocky. I found out on the Wikipedia page for Pocky that Pocky day falls on November 11. Good thing i never forgot that!

Ok, so i admit i crave for Pocky that's for sure, as of last week, i saw a lot of pics related to Pocky all over the internet aside from finding 2 Pocky-related sites. The truth is, i'm so hungry for Pocky so i told my Auntie thru text about buying me some Pocky. I remember before November 1, my Auntie bought me 2 boxes of Pocky chocolate. I thought about telling Auntie Misato about buying me other flavors of Pocky aside from Pocky Chocolate, like Pocky Strawberry, Milk, Choco-Banana, Tsubu-Tsubu Strawberry & Almond Crush. 6 Boxes of Pocky for the price of 1, sounds interesting! 

Oh yes, i admit, i'm a certified Pocky afficionado as of now. I admit.

What Is All About Bouken No Ateneo?

Ok, for those who read my story, Hikari In Ateneo Blue which is posted on the Overdrive Journal of my Multiply site (http://bchgirlf4ever.multiply.com), the start of the 2nd semester will be exciting for the arch-rivals Ateneo & La Salle. That will focus on the kick-off story, Bouken No Ateneo.

Why i suggest the tittle Bouken No Ateneo? (A cheeky tittle i should say, i should even think there are 2 English tittles for that since the 2nd is my favorite, Bouken For Ateneo.) But super-curious about the story itself? Ok, here's a sneak peek before you watch out for this one on November.

It was 2 years ago when the Royal Underground Emprire Tube destroyed a vacant lot near Ateneo De Manila University at Katipunan Avenue, QC. For the Ateneo Blue Eagles who had a camp at the ADMU grounds after their shocking step-ladder game loss to their arch-rivals, the De La Salle Green Archers, they were shocked on what they saw. A year later, President Nieves offered Dr. Andrew Hartford a deal to turn the destroyed vacant lot into an underground facility to be used by Ateneo, this is where Dr. Hartford pushed his only son, Mack to study at ADMU. Suddenly, ADMU is under threat by Shan Chai, a college dropout who was chosen by Dao Ming Shi, now the ruler of the Royal Underground Empire Tube after Zeba's untimely demise a year ago, passing the royal position to Ah Shi. He chosen the chosen apocalypse to destroy Ateneo & La Salle. But suddenly, threatening Ah Shi's plans is Jai Reyes, the team captain of the Ateneo Blue Eagles who discovered the school's hidden secret.

Jai discovered the school's hidden secret when Commander Sugata posted a quote on the bulletin board at the MLSC for the Blue Eagles to remember. As Jai discovered an entrance to the ADMU underground facilities, Jai never thought twice but to discover it. Sooner he found out that there are some clues why he holds jersey number 5 for 2-3 years in a row when Chris Tiu became the team captain since 2007.

Your Guide To Hikari In Ateneo Blue (My Original Story, Posted On My Multiply Site)-1st Set

For those who are curious about Hikari In Ateneo Blue, this is an original story, made by me, about the rivalry of Ateneo & La Salle, gone upside down. Why? It's just like you're watching Asian drama shows, Super Sentai Shows, Toku shows & westernized live-action shows while watching UAAP. A story all about College Basketball's heated rivalry gone upside down out of the hardcourt. But if you're curious about the used characters in this story, here's the guide to find out. Be informed.

-The Blue & Green Boarding Home is owned by Jerry Aikawa, an SPD officer & the leader of a teen daredevil club known as Club Pepsi, a club that she established in 2004 composed of kids & teens who are fearless on doing a dare they haven't done before. This is where some players of both Ateneo & La Salle stayed during the school year & the UAAP Season.

-Fudou Jyoushirou of Madan Senki Ryukendo is not just a professor at Ateneo De Manila University & as RyuGunOu. He owns a detective agency known as the 'Jyoushirou Detective Agency', an SPD-affiliated detective agency.

-Joshua Webb & Simon Atkins of the DLSU Green Archers is known as the 'Boys Of Zobel'. Both played for the DLSZ Junior Archers, both studied at De La Salle Zobel.

-Kit Taylor of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight is a promising BS Psychology Freshman student at ADMU, i retained his character story from KRDK as he searches for his missing dad as he helps Len to save the world & Ventara from the evil General Xaviax.

-Nico Salva's goal during his Sophomore Year at ADMU is to befriend Sakuya Tachibana, better known as Masked Rider Garren, a Junior taking up AB World Literature also at ADMU & the only Grandson of Ichiro Tachibana who owns the Tachibana Sweet Shop. 

-Maui Villanueva started to see monsters in mirrors which are based from both Masked Rider Ryuki & Kamen Rider Dragon Knight as he entered DLSU, he got involved in an incident when he was still at Higashiyama High School in Kyoto, Japan as he encountered General Xaviax before he became a Green Archer.

-2 years before the HIAB story unfolded, (watch out for the HIAB prequel here, SOON!) the Royal Underground Empire Tube of Hikari Sentai Maskman attacked a vacant lot near ADMU. 2 years later, Dr. Andrew Hartford of Power Rangers Operation Overdrive decided to turn the damaged vacant lot into an underground facility to be used by ADMU after he was offered by the Campus President. He decided to let his only son, Mack to study at Ateneo.

-Hua Ze Lei of Meteor Garden decided to study at ADMU & join the Hail Mary Squad for the next college basketball season by 2010 after Nico Salva offered him to join the basketball team.

-ADMU Assistant Coach Sandy Arespacochaga is always the assistant coach who got into his player's troubles as the HIAB story goes on. (Watch out SOON: What happened last July 17 & 31, a must-read HIAB untold story)

-Vince Burke did dance to 'Napoleon Dynamite' in a disco to impress his fellow Blue & Green Boarding Home Boarders, but it was ruined by Dao Ming Shi & Xi Men's disco rumble. (That's gonna hurt.)

-Eric Salamat is the usual prankster of the Blue Eagles, he actually made fun out of Nico during the Ateneo Bouken Week!

-The Ateneo Bouken Week, better known as the Ateneo Overdrive Week is a 1-week post-ACET event where the Blue Eagles prepped up for the final 4 of the UAAP games.

-Nico Salva blames Shan Chai that because of her, he was suspended for 1 game of the final 4!

-Jai Reyes decided to stay at the Blue & Green Boarding Home after his house at Riverside was flooded due to the storm.

(These facts are only revolved in the HIAB story, pure fiction w/ hints of reality)

Matters Of The Hair

My hair is cut short, i looked like Hua Ze Lei of Meteor Garden w/ a hint of Jai Reyes of the Ateneo Blue Eagles as i found out my hair is cut short w/ fine layers & fine bangs. I was staring at the mirror inside the bathroom, i hold the white & green-colored jersey & shorts set Maui Villanueva used from UAAP Season 71 (Alternate: white & blue-colored jersey & shorts set Nico Salva used for UAAP Season 71) on my left hand, it was a few minutes after i got involved on a rumble at home. Nah, my mom is not my enemy it was me & Shan Chai because i wore a white & blue colored jersey & shorts set Jai Reyes used for UAAP Season 71. Was it because last year, everybody is jumbled for Thursdays watching Meteor Garden & UAAP Season 71? The heart-pacing games were the August 21, 2008 Ateneo-UE Game where Ryan Buenafe shined bright & the August 28, 2008 La Salle-UST Game where Maui Villanueva did a buzzer beater. I think i should rather wait for next year to get my long hair back & came July, hit to the salon to have it long & layered. 

 

Ok, i admit that hen i went to High School, i was not really focusing on my hair because i only got it on high ponytails. But now, i remember last year, i bought a roller brush after i got a haircut, just to keep it in volume & give it some style. I remember this year, the major mistake i did is that when the roller brush can't come off from my hair, i just snipped it off & the weird part, i got some side bangs. (The unexpected part: That did happen during the 1st or 2nd Ateneo-La Salle game, sheesh!) Sometimes, i don't want to suffer another bad hair day again, i would rather stop those Hua Ze Lei mornings & end up on a short, layered hairdo for those Maui Villanueva mornings, messy hair & eyebags. 

Childhood Memories, Teenhood Memories

What was i thinking about? I know today is a make or break day for someone like me today. Ok, i remember, childhood memories. I remember when i was in Elementary School, when i was in 7th Grade, i found out this is the last time i will be stuck in my life in Grade School. High School is not a piece of cake for me as i found out, so w/ no disturbances, i went back on track on the memories when i was a kid, from 1st Grade to 6th Grade. What came on my head all about 7th Grade? Cute looking accessories, coloring books, decoders, model kits & Anime stuff. I know it, i remember the Sakura series coloring books (based from Sakura Wars & Card Captor Sakura) which are small yet cute & the Card Captor Sakura text cards which i collect. The 1st set of Manga comics which i got are Neon Genesis Evangelion, Flame of Recca, Curious Play & Samurai X. The craziest part is that i need to buy a complete collection for the mentioned tittles! But it's not a piece of cake for that, puh-leeze! 7th Grade is all about prepping up before entering High School. But when i entered High School, 7th Grade is pretty similar, came Junior Year HS.

Junior Year HS is all about exploring my lost side after i got in big trouble, i remember when i was in Sophomore Year HS which hits the end by early April, i found a Beyblade Bit Chip. In Junior Year HS, i found a weight disk. Yup, i went back on track in Beyblading when i was in Junior Year HS after my friend gave me some Beyblades for my birthday. That's where everything came in, including my Shabby Chic side. Somehow, the word 'Heirloom' didn't come in my head during that time. Even i was getting started to fix up a kit to create beaded accessories. I remember there was a time that i need to sort beads that is somewhat eye-weary! Good thing when i was in Freshman Year HS, i have to buy a orange-colored carry-all to put some beads, materials & tools. (All i need to buy then are small resealable bags because the beads that i will buy are surely a lot!) Don't worry, i have some spare containers to use to put more beads, materials & tools.

& i nearly forgot, i love to jazz up some stuff since 2003, i put on some stickers to make it nice. The next stop for me is to buy a new sticker album for someone like me. Ok, so this is life after all, creativity is in style.

Back Against The Wall

The Ateneo Blue Eaglets & the Ateneo Blue Eagles have their backs against the wall, same thing for myself. Lose, broken hearts & i'll be a snob. Win, revived happiness & i'll be a party-girl, but i admit that being beautiful could be painful sometimes. Endure the pain, for more, so be ready w/ the 1st aid kit girls, pain does happen all the time, physically or emotionally.

But here's a shocker, if both Ateneo-affiliated teams lost their Game 3 assignments, i would have to cut my hair, all by myself, i've done that because i want to maintain the haircut that i got when i went to the salon for a haircut. The last time i got a haircut this year was a week before the 1st Ateneo-La Salle game for UAAP Season 72. But the chosen haircut that i will have, the Jai Reyes-like bob from UAAP Seasons 70, 71 & 72. I got no choice, but am i turning myself emo? No, not really, i don't but sometimes, i can be too depressive, was that the key to lose weight? Maybe yes, maybe no.

What should i do if Ateneo lost both Game 3 assignments:

Cut my hair short all by myself, be a snob, sleep for a long time, talk only to Ateneans. Wait for the next Ateneo-La Salle game starting at the MVP cup then came Nike Summer League & came UAAP Season 73 to be hosted by La Salle & lastly came the Philippine Collegiate Champions League.

What should i do if Ateneo wins both Game 3 assignments:

Be a loud party-girl, eat all i can at Katipunan Avenue's finest restaurants & fast food chains, shop all i can at the Loyola Schools Bookstore inside ADMU's MVP Hall, be jolly for Christmas & celebrate Ateneo's 150th year w/ a bang. Don't forget to wait for the next Ateneo-La Salle games next year!

Cutting my hair short? I would rather think i looked like Jai Reyes from 2 years ago when Chris Tiu leaded the Hail Mary Squad. 2 scissor blades slicing my hair strands to give me a new look, add up some bags & layers. It might not be a daily habit, but it's a once or twice a week habit. Sometimes, i'm searching for the missing links for myself. Even the past & the present collaborate at my front.

Everything Is On The Line, In 2 Days

If the Ateneo Blue Eagles lose the championship, i'll be a snobbish emo girl, but if the Ateneo Blue Eagles win the championship, i'll be a loud & proud party girl. But all i want to do when the dark memories of the past haunt me, i would rather scream loud, loud according to my heart's content like Maui Villanueva, Joshua Webb, Yuri Escueta, Rabeh Al-Hussaini & Jai Reyes These players scream their heart's contents, doing the shots for their respective teams like Ateneo & La Salle.

Should i blame the teacher who kicked my Ateneo a** big time in class 3 years ago for telling me that i have no sense of cooperation for the attack on the storm on Riverside where Jai Reyes lives? Jai needs to be airlifted just to be rescued when his house was flooded. My life was shattered into pieces like a broken mirror when my teacher spilled everyone at class that i have no sense of cooperation. I was like an emo girl, crying in 1 corner while there are some people laugh at it. Vengeance is what i need. I would rather do something bad to make sure her life is worth hell, after what she did to me. 

I admit, after the day that shattered my life, i was thinking of committing suicide like taking sleeping pills & slashing my wrist. But no avail, i don't want to think about that. I lied to my classmates about the wounds that i got, it's not like whenever you need to cover it w/ colored checkered band-aids. I remained silent, silence covers me. But cheering for both Ateneo & La Salle, the silence barrier is shattered.

Thoughts Outside The Rivalry

Now, for some serious stuff, away from my 1st entry.

I told to myself yesterday, if Ateneo loses by Thursday, i'm history, i'm a goner, i'm a loser & i'll turn myself into a snob. (As in i won't listen & follow my family except for my little sister who is an AB Economics Junior at Ateneo.) But if Ateneo wins by Thursday, 3rd year of revenge, vengeance & a backlash against the person who turned my life into a living hell. Enough of that, because my fate is hanging on the balance by Thursday. In other words, if Ateneo wins the championship, time to be a party-girl! So, it's either i'll be a snob in a Maui Villanueva or Ken Baracoso jersey & shorts set or a party-girl at Katipunan Avenue by Thursday, only Ateneo will draw my fate. But somehow, i'll be happy to receive more Ateneo goodies from my little sister. 

I don't get it, i found out that my Shabby Chic side is still open because after i raided my own closet, i found out that there are some clothes that i haven't wore for a long time. I was even thinking about losing weight because my craziest goal as of this moment is to wear my little sister's unused clothes. (I remember Puffy, my little sister who is an AB Economics Junior at ADMU brought me an 'I Love Ateneo' shirt from Get Blued during a discounted sale at the Loyola Schools Bookstore, located at the MVP Hall. The size was 3XL, 1-2 times bigger than my red & yellow-colored Slam Dunk tees & my orange-colored Meteor Garden tee. Now all i need to do is to buy the matching shirts & pins for that! (I'm talking about the 'I Love Ateneo' series from Get Blued, duh!) I really miss my long hair, big time! Just because aside from a high pony tail, cute pig tails, Shan Chai's uber-cute & timeless braided pigtails & A straight layered long hair w/ bangs, i would rather play w/ it. (Shan Chai's braided pigtails+Maui Villanueva jersey & shorts set made by Adidas for La Salle or Ken Baracoso jersey & shorts set made by Adidas for Ateneo= Just a chill-out look at home.)

Now, about what i found at my closet. I found 3 tank tops which has the color of La Salle, a pair of yellow-colored shorts, a pair of pants that Puffy gave to me, a crimson-colored round-neck shirt which i need to find the white-colored pleated skirt, some shirts that i used once for school & outfits that my relatives gave to me like a black & white graphic-printed dress, a red-colored plaid polo shirt w/ brocade design & some of dad's college tees. Losing weight is not a piece of cake for someone like me who has to run around Ateneo if i can to achieve this goal. But somehow, it could be a piece of cake for someone like me, even if i could endure some pain & even getting in to the desperate measure a girl or a woman should enter. But this is life after all, pain is always a requirement if you found out this will be hurt. Now all i need to have is a first aid kit for myself.

I Said Goodbye To Vic Zhou, I Say Hello To Maui Villanueva

If Vic Zhou is the quiet kid in F4 that started 'Meteor Garden', Maui Villanueva on the other hand is 1 of the coolest forwards of the DLSU Green Archers, how come i replace Vic Zhou to a Green Archer???? Sheessh... It reminds me of the story i did on my Multiply site, 'Hikari In Ateneo Blue' that everyone reads. (Thanks for the promotion, Mara-chan!) For now, goodbye Lei, hello Maui-san!
