When Shopping Means Fun

I found out for myself about 4 years of not going to school means freedom. But as my freedom draws to an end this year because i'm going back to school by June, i need to finish the things that i started, although it's never to late to finish it. Although my biggest enemy of the moment right now is time. I hate wrong timings anyway. So, why i don't just talk about what i did yesterday.

There was a 3-day sale going on at SM City-North EDSA (Main, Annex & The Block), tagged as the 'the northern big sale'. Everything there are sold on reasonable prices. You know when it comes on 3-day sales that falls on the weekends, massive crowd of shoppers, items sold on rock-bottom yet reasonable prices, & of course, you will bring more than 1 bought items when you get home. Even when there's no 3-day weekend sale at the mall, i always brought home more than 1 or 2 bought items after hours of shopping at the mall, scouting one shop to another. So, maybe before i hit school by June, i will get started to buy what i just want to have. Back to what happened yesterday, i bought 2 bag tags featuring Lee Min Ho & Big Bang at Frame Plus for only P100, P50 each per bag-tag. Mom bought a picture frame set, also from Frame Plus so she can put Jet & Puffy's grad pics there & give it to our relatives. Only P150. I also bought a Naruto Shippuden dog-tag-like cellphone charm for only P20 at Cindy Carol, got to buy 1 more there this time for my MP4 Player. Mom & i even bought some mid-wedged flip-flops for only P50, what a steal! Good idea from taking a break from sneakers & instead, wearing flip flops or flats for a dressy feel. (What's next? Buying bottles of nail polish!)

Maybe there will be a next 3-day sale. I was thinking that might fall on the final weekend of February, although February has 28 days on a regular year & 29 on a leap year, everyone is looking forward for a 3-day sale, not just on February, but on all of the 12 months of every year. But even on a regular weekend at the mall, we all love to shop for everything we need. Maybe on the next shopping weekend at the mall, i might buy more than 2 back issues of my favorite magazines, buy lip glosses in caramel or pink shade in 2 different types, buy a headband for Puffy so she won't bother borrowing mine, buy more than 1 or 2 bottles of nail polish plus the ones i used before, buy plaid shirts, shorts & a blue-&-white striped top in long or short sleeve-type & hopefully, buy more KR toys at Toy Kingdom & buying a new diary using my little sister's Sodexo GC's. (Hope i will get more of that this year so i can use it while shopping for stuff!) But hey, since i have a job of being dad's assistant, i might have paychecks which is more than P100. From P200 to P1000 to be exact. (I only spend my paychecks to shop for what i need! But never mind, girls love shopping anyway.)

Ok, maybe on the next shopping spree weekend at the mall, either it's a 3-day sale or a regular day, buying more than 1-2 items will be sweet, but when hunger calls, you know where the places are, right?
