Can you bring back the memories of the past to the present? Maybe everybody would pull out a vintage look even right now in the modern times. Somehow, this is how i bring back the vintage in the modern.
I was really a sucker for anything vintage aside from anything modern, it's not until the time when i was a kid whenever i receive something vintage from my Auntie, Grandma, mom or any of my relatives. Last year was surely a lot even though i didn't spent a vacation at my grandma's house throughout summer of the mentioned year. I can't forget the time my auntie on my mom's side gave me some uber-cool bags including an LV bag! After the 2 intensive months of summer back on that time, as June comes in, i was curious about how will the vintage surpasses the modern times? So, during the June 12-14 vacation weekend, i was ending up reading my grandma's old magazines while thinking about what should i do by June as i attend an Anime con. Every article on those magazines are related to anything vintage. From vintage accessories to vintage clothes to vintage school supplies to vintage home decors & furniture & so on & so forth. I only wish i could use any of those. But somehow, i'm surely a sucker on reading old magazines while i get stuck on my grandma's house for vacation more than doing absolutely nothing.
Right now, i'm raving to buy a vintage camera necklace which i found at Vida Doria, one of my mom's favorite stores. Although i was not looking there for clothes, maybe the accessories will do. A vintage camera necklace & an all-in-one clutch wallet could be my must buys, i don't know if i will buy more accessories while mom is looking there for clothes. I was somehow also looking for vintage shirts like the vintage Pepsi shirt i found on Greenhills which slightly reminds me of the while tops & pants F4 wore in their Pepsi ad & the colorful outfits Super Junior-M wore in their Pepsi ad. (Curiously thinking, who is holding the Pepsi bottle? Is it Hangeng or Kyuhyun?) But so far, i was even raving a must have outfit that i raided from a Masked Rider's wardrobe. A blue & white striped long-sleeved shirt. Haha, i've been looking for that since it spells vintage & fresh vibes. But somehow, i would rather focus myself first on buying vintage shirts & accessories for now since the vintage vibes were surely on since last year. Ok, time now to find some vintage feel.
