Bonamana Mode

This means this is the start where i found out for myself that my little sister, my favorite auntie & i finally joined in the Hallyu aka the Korean Wave & it all began when Super Junior's energetic track, Bonamana played on the TV last night.

My little sister even said that we, as in her & i would go to Korea, Japan & Taiwan, to try their yummy food, sight-seeing, shopping for stuff & souvenirs & maybe go chase the stars. Like i would chase Vic Zhou of F4 in Taiwan in my Ateneo team gear from Nike. Yes, some of us become a part of the Korean wave. I would rather eat yummy Korean food the next time my family go to the mall on a weekend of shopping, listening to my favorite Asian pop tunes even if it's either Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese on my favorite portable music devices when i feel depressed, like i would ignore the world & start listening to the music of my choice, reading copies of Sparkling K-Pop mag, Popped or the Myx Mag K-Pop Special issue which i admit i have a hard time finding it around last year & i finally found it even if i would lose my breath just to find that & maybe, learning something new like cooking the yummiest Korean cusine. Of course, learning how to speak Korean & Mandarin are still included. (How can i make both Lee Min Ho & Justin Chua happy, huh?) Ok, i'll just do my best after all. Even if i could have 1-2 LG phones like the Etna/KS360 & the Lollipop/GD500 both in Ateneo Blue.

Anyway, what happened last night just make me realized that i just entered the Korean Wave. Maybe it's not because i just peeled a label from a can of corned beef just because the recipe is Korean, it's not just the Korean or Chinese-made stationery that i bought in most bookstores, maybe it's just about exploring that Asia can dominate the world with the interesting of stuff like music & entertainment. The Asian entertainment scene is quite dominated by the Koreans, the Japanese & the Taiwanese, although i would think that the Chinese Music Scene's biggest news right now is the rivalry between F4 & Super Junior-M, the Ateneo vs. La Salle of the Chinese Pop Scene. (Super Junior-M means La Salle? FTW!) Ok, so this means it's time to fix up my life, trying to admit that i was a big fan of Japanese, Korean & Chinese pop music, huh? Ok, fixing will start by October. But for now, whatever happened last night was an eye-opener for me.
