What happens when i just realized that Friday, Saturday & Sunday are not just the weekend? For me, it will start on Thursday, just for me. So it looks like this will be the longest weekend of my dear life, longest than 2006 when i was in Junior Year HS. (It was around November 2006 back then, the longest weekend of them all during the past decade!) But maybe this month of September, it will be the longest weekend ever for a girl like me. As in, the longest ever since 4 years ago. So, i would rather enjoy it, even i could be stuck at home w/ my family or go out at the malls or my grandma's house. Well, if i go out on the malls on this long weekend this week, maybe i could do my plan on having the 2 PR Operation Overdrive toys via Jollibee Kids Meal & munch in to the KFC UAAP Snack Box as i shoot my vote for Ateneo. (The drink? It's either Pepsi or KFC Krushers. If Pepsi, it's kinda like the usual thoughts that rushed in my head that i have Vic Zhou's hairdo, Nico Salva's face, Jumbo Escueta's body & Maui Villanueva's eyebags in a girl like me. Hence to that my little sister told me i resembled 2010 Ms. Universe tittle-holder Jimena Navarrete due to the face? Ok, fine.)
I got hooked on NYC Prep since last month, it's like Gossip Girl meets The Real Housewives of New Jersey because of the fashion statements & it's all about kids who are studying in an NYC-based prep school, they are somehow high school students after all. So, i feel like i want to say goodbye to my old yet boring fashion statements & say hello to those prep school-inspired fashion statements like you read or watch the Gossip Girl series, either you read the novels or watched the episodes. Can't wait to watch GG Season 4 around this month! So, what should i will add in my wardrobe? Casual dresses, vintage-inspired graphic shirts, black leggings, black stockings, flats, espadrilles & mini-skirts in black or brown colors. Talk about entering the prep school-inspired look, perfect for my handbags which i got from my Auntie on my mom's side. I suddenly asked myself if i would still wear my orange-colored Meteor Garden tee to be paired w/ black-colored shorts & flats? Fine, but if that does not work, loose the bulge, i might be wearing my little sister's green-colored La Salle tee.
Well, the long weekend is just around the corner, should i enjoy it? Or telling myself that it's 'Game Over' because it will be like a boring day. Never mind. Let the long weekend roll out this week!
